I'm Not Racist...

Don't you love it when someone tries to prove they're not racist by saying some stupid remark like "I have lots of black friends"?

And you also know the old saying of "if you find yourself in a hole, the first thing you need to do is stop digging"?

I love this; according to ESPN.com Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen referred to a Chicago reporter as an "[expletive] fag." Ozzie is from Venezuela where he claims "fag" has different meaning. According to Ozzie:

"I don't have anything against those people. In my country, you call someone something like that and it is not the same as it is in this country."

Did he just say "those people"? Ugh, Ozzie. Stop digging.

But just to prove he's not a gay hater Ozzie continues on by saying that "...he has gay friends, attends WNBA games, went to a Madonna concert and plans to go to the Gay Games in Chicago."

That rocks. What's he saying about the WNBA? What's he saying about Madonna? I fq'ing love Madonna. Now he's offended me.

But I laughed my arse off that Madonna, the WNBA, Gay Games and having gay friends automatically includes you in the circle of acceptance in the gay community.

Ozzie, stop digging !!
