Question for the Day...

I'm interested to hear how challenged people are by their work.

About a year and a half ago I reached a negotiation point where I realized that I'm pretty happy with the amount of money I make. I'm more focused on professional development and a challenge at this point. However, if you want to give me more money, I'll happily take it.

I'm from the geek culture and I thrive on a constant low level of stress-- sometimes even high levels if they're in short spurts. I enjoy clocking in at 8am and not realizing what time it is until I see people hitting the doors at 5pm.

A happy mind is a working mind and an idle mind is the Devil's workshop, right?

Well, I've been pretty idle for a long time now and I think I'm getting a little antsy.
